Must have at least 2 year(s) of
working experience in procurement, or specializing in
Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Job
role in Purchasing or Inventory Control.

Must be patient and hardworking.

PROPERTY CUSTODIAN
- Preferably Male, preferably single, between 23-35 years old;
- Computer literate (Knowledgeable in Basic Excel);
- Graduate of any Business/Civil Engineering course.
- With or without experience
- Can work with less supervision
- Willing to work long hours
- Knowledgeable in property management and maintenance;
- Skills: Has an operating knowledge in canvassing and conducting inventory of equipment, and furniture’s & fixtures.
BARISTA
- Male / Female, 18-25 y/o
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- With work experience as Barista in any fast-food chain for at least 6months is an advantage
- Must be hardworking, honest, flexible, and work under minimum supervision
- Must have pleasing personality and presentable
- With good communication skills.
COOK/Kitchen Helper
- 25 - 40 years old / Male
- Knowledgeable in different cuisines
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Commercial Cooking.
- With 2 to 4 years working experience in Hospitality Industry.
- Well motivated and enthusiastic about food.
- With positive interpersonal working relationship and willing to work long and odd hours

Waiter

- Willing to work on shifting / broken schedule
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Two years work experience in hotel operations.
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Can handle costumer complains and needs
Housekeeping
Attendant
- Male / Female, 18-25 y/o (Female - Preferably Single)
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate.
- Minimum height requirement – 5 “6” (Male) and 5 “4” (Female)
- Good in speaking, writing & reading - English
- 1 year experience in hotel - required

- Physically fit to work
- Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment as well as cleaning techniques.
- Must be able to work independently and follow instructions regarding priorities of tasks.
