MARKETING SUPERVISOR/ASSISTANT

·         Male, 20-35 years old

·      Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Communication, Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent.

·       At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

·       Excellent grammar is a must, writing, editing, and proofreading skills; ability to contribute to and follow style guide.

·      Ability to write clearly about complex topics and allow for flexibility in terms of the writing styles, tones and formats

·         Takes ownership of tasks and drives projects through to completion.

·         Able to work under pressure while managing workloads effectively.

·         Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across all levels and departments in the organization.

·         Ability to facilitate presentations of company review.

·         Ability to work individually and self-driven projects.

·         Well built skills in organization, prioritization and time management.

·         Should have product awareness and customer.

·         Work under stress to meet project deadlines and minute attention to detail.

PURCHASING OFFICER

·         Male, 20 - 35 years old

·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of any Business Course.

·         Must be hardworking, honest and responsible.

·         Can work with minimum supervision.

·         With good communication skills.

·       Must have at least 2 year(s) of working experience in procurement, or specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Job role in Purchasing or Inventory Control.

·         Computer Literate in MS Applications (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PPT).

·         Must be patient and hardworking.

·         Can work with different types of person at walks in life.

 

PROPERTY CUSTODIAN

• Preferably Male, preferably single, between 23-35 years old;
• Computer literate (Knowledgeable in Basic Excel);
• Graduate of any Business/Civil Engineering course.
• With or without experience
• Can work with less supervision
• Willing to work long hours
• Knowledgeable in property management and maintenance;
• Skills: Has an operating knowledge in canvassing and conducting inventory of equipment, and furniture’s & fixtures.

 BARISTA

• Male / Female, 18-25 y/o
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• With work experience as Barista in any fast-food chain for at least 6months is an advantage 
• Must be hardworking, honest, flexible, and work under minimum supervision
• Must have pleasing personality and presentable
• With good communication skills.

 COOK/Kitchen Helper

• 25 - 40 years old / Male
• Knowledgeable in different cuisines
• Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Commercial Cooking.
•  With 2 to 4 years working experience in Hospitality Industry.
• Well motivated and enthusiastic about food.
• With positive interpersonal working relationship and willing to work long and odd hours
•  Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

Waiter

• Male / Female, 18-25 y/o
• Pleasant personality, well groomed and of good moral character
• Willing to work on shifting / broken schedule
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Two years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Can handle costumer complains and needs

 Housekeeping Attendant

• Male / Female, 18-25 y/o (Female - Preferably Single)
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate.
• Minimum height requirement – 5 “6” (Male) and 5 “4” (Female)
• Good in speaking, writing & reading - English
• 1 year experience in hotel - required
• Pleasing personality
• Physically fit to work
• Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills.
• Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment as well as cleaning techniques.
• Must be able to work independently and follow instructions regarding priorities of tasks.
• Knowledge of the standards for cleanliness and maintenance of all common areas inside and outside.

 Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

• Moderate physical effort (lift/carry up to 50 lbs)
• Frequent lifting, pushing of supplies and equipment.
• Prolonged standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending and kneeling.

 SKILLED ELECTRICIAN

• Male applicant only and should not be over 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, License degree holder of Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering
• With at least three (3) years working experience as building electrician or lights and grips custodian

 BELLBOY

• Male

DISHWASHER
